Empowering others is core to who we are and what we do.
Versado Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation established alongside Versado Training to spark dialogue, empower service, and fuel philanthropic giving among employees and partners of the sister Versado entities to the benefit of local and global community development.
Each year, Versado Training contributes an average 10% of profits to charitable ends via Versado Foundation. The beneficiary causes range from public health to at-risk youth outreach to economic development. Giving is guided by a 1) familiarity with the cause and 2) an ongoing relationship with the nonprofit beneficiary organization.
Below are some examples of causes supported by Versado Foundation in recent years:
Plan International Global Women in Management
Two Versado trainers, with a strong background in international development and small business training, designed and delivered a 5-day seminar on sustainable business model development to some of the top women leaders in nonprofit and social enterprise from throughout Latin America.

Curamericas Global Youth Service
Versado helped to fund and mobilize a service and cultural immersion trip with local youth in partnership with Curamericas Global and Curamericas Guatemala. The youth group contributed their energy and manual labor to construction projects already underway by local partners and gained a view into public health in rural, indigenous Central America.

Flourish House is a club house based in Glasgow, Scotland, that works with people suffering from severe and enduring mental illnesses. Versado aided the important work that Flourish House does by providing graphic design assistance in order to create key promotional print materials that will help them to connect with local businesses and further their ongoing employment scheme.
